Vikram Samvat 2079 - This is how we celebrated the Hindu New Year

This is how we celebrated The Indian New Year Vikram Samvat 2079 …..

On 3rd April 2022…..

Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ) (Haldwani ) marched on the market streets of Haldwani.

We marched in 9 contingents (groups). Each contingent had 150 Swayamsewaks each. Drums & Trumpets were played by Swayamsewaks

This is called पथ संचलन

 

General public had lined up on either sides of the road and were showering flower petals on the contingents. ....

My Dear Young and Little Indians,  Today is the 124th birthday of Shaheed Pandit Ram Prasad Bismil पंडित राम प्रसाद बिस्मिल , the revolutionary who fought and died for the freedom that WE enjoy.     1897- He was born on 11 June 1897 in Shahjahanpur city which is in present day Uttar Pradesh. He was a follower of Arya Samaj आर्य समाज He was good at writing Hindi and Urdu poetry. 1915- Bhai Parmanand भाई परमानन्द , a member of Arya Samaj आर्य समाज and a leader of Hindu Mahasabha हिन्दू महासभा , was sentenced to death by the British. This angered Ram Prasad Bismil Ji. He wrote patriotic poems to express himself. He was 18 years old then. 1916- When Bal Gangadhar Tilak बालगंगाधर तिलक the leader of Garam Dal गरम दल faction of Indian National Congress reached Lucknow, the Naram Dal नरम दल faction of Indian National Congress did not allow a grand welcome to Bal Gangadhar Tilak at Charbagh चारबाग़ (Lucknow) Railway station. Order of precedence of the Republic of India- Why is the President the first citizen of India ?

My Dear Young and Little Indian Children, What does it mean when we say- The President is the First Citizen of India or the Vice President is the Second Citizen of India ? These terms have been coined to denote the Order of precedence of the Republic of India. What does Order of precedence of the Republic of India mean? A list of senior Govt functionaries/ Officers/ Public Representatives is prepared by The Ministry of Home, Govt of India which is known as protocol list. This list is as per the hierarchy of important positions. Suppose you have cooked something special at home. I believe you will first offer this dish to your Grandfather, then to your Grandmother, then your Father, then your Mother, then your elder brother/ sister.
