He hails from Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh. In 2019 we had the good fortune of meeting our “God in Uniform” I got in touch with him with the help of a friend of mine. I spoke to him requesting for an appointment. We reached his office on time and you know... he was there at the gate waiting to receive us.
