22 April 2021 My Dear Young & Little Indians, 63 years back on this day (22 April 1958) Vice Admiral Ram Dass Katari took over as the first Indian Chief of Indian Navy. Till this time, Indian Navy was commanded by British Officer Vice Admiral Sir Stephen Hope Carill.
