United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) observes 23rd April every year as World Book and Copyright Day to promote the habit of book reading. Till this time, Indian Navy was commanded by British Officer Vice Admiral Sir Stephen Hope Carill.
